Business Planning
HUBCAP is a software-based, question-driven appraisal process which evaluates business concepts and ideas. It is designed to help entrepreneurs to:
- Assess business/product potential;
- Identify gaps, and understand the risks associated with them;
- Create a clear statement of the actions needed to create a viable and credible business plan.
The software, which is unique to the SEEDA Enterprise Hub Network, produces a set of printable findings for the entrepreneur. These form the basis for an agreed action plan, which the business then completes with the ongoing support of the Hub Director.
