Carbon8 Systems utilises an innovative, patented solution called Accelerated Carbonation Technology (ACT) that is a rapid, cost effective treatment suitable for soil and waste. ACT can be used in both on-site and off-site operations and can be integrated into existing industrial processes. ACT is a controlled accelerated version of the naturally occurring carbonation process, which results in an improvement in the chemical and physical properties of the treated materials. The technology can utilise waste CO2 emissions from local sources, capturing significant volumes of CO2. When carbonation is used in the recovery and recycling of waste, an end product with value is created.

They are developing compounds/drugs which have potential uses for the treatment of multiple sclerosis, cancer and epilepsy. Luethi Enterprises have developed a patent protected wind turbine that overcomes the traditional barriers to effective and efficient wind power generation. The innovative new design mechanically self regulates the spin of the turbines vanes, slowing the spin in high winds and removing the major flaw with existing turbines, which typically burn out and suffer rotor, gear box or vane damage. A report on turbines on wind farms in the UK came to the result; the average lifespan of the gearboxes is 1 ½ years. Their turbines run always on the same speed even in the strongest of gusts.
There are a range of unique features and benefits that differentiate this design from traditional existing wind turbines.
